Before your vows
You can start the county application online. Both partners then collect the license together and present the identification required by the county. Check that your details are correct, and bring all the issued paperwork to your ceremony.
Your ceremony and witness
The ceremony takes place in Nevada with an officiant authorized in Nevada. At least one person other than the officiant must witness your vows. If you need help finding a witness, discuss arrangements with us before confirming your plans.
After the ceremony
The officiant files the completed marriage certificate. Once it is recorded, you can order a certified copy from the county.
